It appears that the Liberal Press will continue to give President Obama, V.P. Biden, Senator Reid, and most Democrats a pass when misspeaking or making a fool out of themselves, but cannot resist the temptation to report news without double standards … it’s just not possible. It almost makes you wonder how the media could get so far off-track the past two or three decades from investigating and accurately reporting the news without bias or an agenda.
In his June 25 speech on climate change, President Obama unveiled a plan to cut coal production and limit carbon dioxide emissions — a proposal that Republican Rep. Ted Poe called a “war on coal.”
It’s a war that won’t succeed in lowering worldwide emissions of greenhouse gases, says Robert Bryce, a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute.
Jokes are not funny to those who live in Tucson Arizona or any of the other states who have to deal with the problems of illegal immigration. What kind of a man would joke about something like this? Normal Presidents should feel the pain of those who are suffering but no, President Obama laughs at them, sues the state that is trying to deal with the problem, goes to the United Nations and gives them a copy of SB1070, and allows Mexico’s President and other nations to sue Arizona.
The battle line is drawn on taxes. Republicans say it’s “no increase in taxes” and the Democrats say its “all tax increase”. Will they be able to meet in the middle? They will have to, but it’s likely going to take the “Gang of Six” (three Democrats and three Republicans) getting involved. They’ve been working on this for months.
President Obama became the talk of the airways for his daring Executive Order draft that makes all businesses submit a record of their donations when applying for a government contract. Supposedly, the President says this order makes businesses more transparent in their donations. To others, it looks as though he is rewarding only those who contribute to the Democrat Party and punishing those who give to the Republican Party.
According to Politico, The House voted Thursday to dethrone nine White House “czars.” It’s about time somebody in Congress steps up to the dictator we have in office, even if he is a likable man, and tell him where his powers end. Why Congress has not done something before now, even if they were mostly Democrats, is beyond me. It is pleasing to see some things are starting to make sense in Washington again.
