Constitution Is In Jeopardy
The Constitution should be maintained for all people. Is the Constitution being maintained or is it in jeopardy?
We were warned way back in 1960 that the Constitution would be in major jeopardy. Here we are today, facing exactly what was warned would happen.
In the video below, Ezra Taft Benson says “Spiritual Leaders need to speak out on issues that involve the very foundation of American liberty”. I am obviously in agreement by posting this article and maintaining this site.
Many Americans today believe the Constitution is stuck in the 18th century and, therefore, is out date in it’s usefulness. Others believe the Constitution is the most perfect document ever written and has been the model that other nations have followed.
Although government is corrupt and often goes around the Constitution, it is still valued by most Americans today. Sadly, many of our youth have little understanding of what it would mean if they were to lose the Constitution.
Our children are subtly taught in school that Socialism and Communism are better forms of government than our own because a Democratic Republic and the Constitution are flawed and outdated. Back in the forties and fifties, those of us who remember the evils of Communism know well the evil of such form of governing.
According to the video below, some of the things that tell us our Constitution is in trouble are the following:
1. Separation of powers is a nusiance, it gets in the way of the President making quick decision. Therefore, eliminate State Powers.
2. Vast powers should be concentrated in Washington — Samuel Adams said this is the very thing Constitutional Government was designed to prevent.
3. Some very powerful men in Washington believe we should form an alliance with Socialism and Communism. For example: Once Presidential Advisor, Arthur M. Schlesinger Jr. not only advocated Socialism for the United States, but believed that we could eventually form a permanent alliance with Communism. He said this would be achieved by having America move to the left and while the Communists move to the right. We would then meet at the vital center of the Socialist left. The American Constitution, therefore would be discarded.
4. We should prop up and support failing Socialist and Communist governments. We should feed them and support their efforts, even those trying to free themselves from their governments. We should trade with them and even grant them long-term loans. As you know, these ideas have unfortunately already been adopted by Washington as the official policy of the United States. Benson says, “Now I would say that in a great country like ours, if these men advocate these suicidal and often treasonable doctrines, shouldn’t every patriotic citizen be free to speak out against them? At this point in history, the Constitution is definitely threatened and every citizen should know about it!”
5. Warnings should be sent through every corridor, schools, churches, radio and TV, says Benson. I guess he didn’t realize that schools, churches, radio and tv would all be bias and censured to promote the agenda of the left (liberals).
6,. Our Republic and its Constitution are being destroyed,while the enemies of FREEDOM are being aided in at least ten ways:
First, by diplomatic recognition, trade, and negotiations with the Communists.
Second, by disarminate of our military defenses.
Third, by destruction of our security laws (for example, not securing our borders with Mexico and by Hillary showing Russia — and the world — our weapon storage and answering all their questions) and the promotion of atheism by the decisions of the Supreme Court. He was right on with these this point. We clearly see this happening today.
Fourth, loss of sovereignty and solvency to international commitments and memberships in world organizations.
Fifth, by undermining of local law enforcement agencies and Congressional Investigation Committees. How many times has the Senate asked for information from Obama only to be ignored? How many times have those in Congress ignored their responsibilities to reign in this Administrations abuse of power? The answer is time and time again!
Sixth, by usurption of Executive and Judicial branches of our Federal Government.
Seventh, by lawlessness in the name of civil rights.
Eighth, by staggering national debt, inflation, and corruption of the currency.
Ninth, by a multiplicity of Executive Orders and Federal programs which greatly weaken local and state governments.
Tenth, by the sacrificing of American manhood by engaging in wars we have no intention of winning.
Those of us who speak out will be criticized and mocked because they don’t want people to know what they are doing. It is the very things that destroy America that they are voting for in Congress. Haven’t we seen this blatantly practiced in Washington today? Of course we have, and it’s getting worse.
Those in Washington, who are guilty of undermining the Constitution and our sovereignty, are more afraid of their political careers being in jeopardy than abiding by the American Constitution that put them there. As a result, they will try to silence all those who carry the message to others. Remember that Obama set up a Czar to handle negative articles on the Internet about him and his policies.

The video above is an excerpt taken from an hour long talk given in 1965 by Dwight D. Eisenhower’s Secretary of Agriculture, Ezra Taft Benson — just 4 years after he left the cabinet in Washington D.C .
[Benson served 8 full years in the Cabinet, despite all predictions that he would be the first one in the cabinet to be removed because of his strong anti-Socialist policies. He was seeking to undo the bondage and destruction brought on by the New Deal as government had moved far outside of it's jurisdiction and constitutional bounds.]
[Ezra Taft Benson had been an apostle of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (LDS) for 22 years at the time this talk was given. It was unprecedented that in such a capacity he would have been freed up to accept a position in Eisenhower's Cabinet. However, LDS Church President David O. McKay instructed Benson to accept the offer of the Cabinet position if it came in a proper spirit.]
[President David O. McKay was listening to this talk in his apartment as it was given, being that he too stood in strong opposition to Socialism and Communism. ]
Speeches such as this one have continually stirred up darkness and the wrath of Establishment Lucifarian’s who “murder for Gain” as they “combine” to overthrow the freedom of all nations, lands and countries. These vicious murderers get indignant and angry at those who speak out and expose their corruption, and thus it was with the Establishment unleashing their wrath upon Ezra Taft Benson.
Those frothing at the mouth against Benson, seeking every way to attack him and his person in order to rationalize away his bold declarations of treason are fools. Some would seek to appoint themselves as holding greater knowledge and credentials of this subject matter.
Many of the abominations or “deceptions” noted and told about in the above clip you did not hear of in your history class in high school, and doubtful in college. Yes, there is and has been a conspiracy of such huge proportions that most people can’t comprehend it could be possible. Indeed, this combination and wickedness is “more highly organized, more cleverly disguised, and more powerfully promoted than ever before.” (E
In 1997 Gordon B. Hinckley also stated:
“What a dismal station we have reached in this nation where we have borrowed and spent and failed to repay. At the close of 1994, every man, woman, and child in the United States owed as his or her part of the national debt $17,805.64. Think of it. It is a disgrace. It affects all of our monetary policies and all of our commerce. It burdens us with taxes from which there is little or no relief.”
