- Can we accept that Iran will have a nuclear weapon? Romney says “NO”!
- Will we go to war with Iran if we need to over nuclear weapons? Romney says “YES” if that becomes necessary and other options have been tried and failed to be effective!
- Can we expect Iran to attack the U.S. on our own soil? Romney says “YES” we can expect such an attack (Iran has the ability to reach our shores) and we can also expect Iran to use nuclear weapons against our friends. These possibilities are just not acceptable.
- How can we prevent Iran from becoming the nuclear provider of terrorism around the world? We know Iran supports radical Muslim terror groups like Hamas and Hezbollah, so the idea of Iran giving these groups nuclear weapons is frightening. Romney says we have to put forces in areas that are a threat and show them our military strength. The only thing these people respect is America’s military strength and having a President who is committed. However, if other options besides war does not resolve the situation, then war is the only option left. We cannot allow Iran to have nuclear weapons.
These are important questions to ask. If Romney wants to be President, he must convince Americans that he will handle the Middle East situation. Many Americans believe the only way to deal with terrorist is to threaten them with the U.S. power and might of our military. The problem is the Obama administration is weak and think talking with terrorists will resolve our problems.
This administration just does not have the “WILL” or the commitment to stop the advancement of terrorism around the globe because they don’t get it. We must not allow Obama and his advisers to continue neutering America and diminishing our position around the world. This is what I wrote in my book in 2005 (“The Treasure Box Series, Volume I: Peace, Joy, and Happiness”).
Unfortunately, some people do not seem to understand the dangers we face. They refuse to see that, in order for us to be safe in the world now, we must be VERY aggressive in thwarting any and all evil conspired against us. If we do not challenge the bullies of the world, we give a green light to all fanatics who want to do harm in whatever way they please, to anyone they please, anytime they please. I cannot comprehend that someone would not see the danger in this situation. Bullies only respond to one thing, the result of power and might! So, if we do not respond vigorously to them, their perception of us will be that we are weak and that we deserve to be provoked into a confrontation! That you can be sure they will do; count on it!
