Just Little Ol' Me
I did a report on 9/14/2011 on about Obama’s opposition. See “Is Obama’s Opposition Lying or Telling Truths?” I thought I did a good job of showing both sides of the story, showing Obama’s position and my rebuttal to what I understand. However, I also showed a video from www.ObamaReleaseYourRecords.com that suggests Obama is using another person’s Social Security number.
Well, I received no email from anyone commenting on my article, I assumed that my story went nowhere until this week. I noticed a noise on my phone line today that sounds a lot like the old “Call Waiting” without the beep. It interrupted my phone call three times but there were no calls coming in on call waiting. Finally, I called the cable company to find out if the problem was coming from my phone service with them.
While speaking to the Customer Service Representative, I asked if it was possible that my phone was being tapped by Obama’s new czar. I know Obama does not like negative reports and takes them personally, and I know that he appointed a new “cyber czar,” a senior White House official who will have broad authority. According to the Washington Post, this cyber czar’s job is protect the nation’s security from cyber attacks.
It’s true that, in this “cyber wars” environment, the nation needs protection. The broad range that this person can function within can be a concern if Obama wants to target specific people. As Rand Paul asked, “Mr. President, do you have an enemies list?, I wonder if he does have a list and who is on it. I suspect Governor Brewer of Arizona and Governor Perry of Texas are on that list but what would an individual have to do to be put on that list?
Now let’s get back to my story. I wondered if “Little Ol’ Me” could be on Obama’s list. Why would I be, I wondered? I am
nobody. I have a small subscriber list, at least when compared to most bloggers, so why would I expect to be on that list? I am not the only person writing about Obama’s Administration? So I must be paranoid and not targeted.
My rationale sounds good, that I can’t possibly be targeted by Obama because I am too small, but is it the truth? I don’t know, it sounds ridiculous to me that I would even consider being one that causes Obama’s czar to pay any attention to little people like me, but I also know that I didn’t expect this blog to grow so fast. If I got the attention from so many of you, could I have gotten the attention of Obama’s administration?
Perhaps my article on Obama’s new website www.attackwatch.com has brought me attention? Perhaps some of my readers have turned in my name to www.attackwatch.com and so they are checking into my background. Who knows, all I know is that I am going to keep doing what I’m doing and hope that all is well. If not, “Oh Well”!
