How to Identify a Progressive Liberal

Progressives believe that people with money should have it forcibly taken from them and give to the needy instead of allowing them to give it voluntarily.

Progressives want government to take my money and give it to a person who has done nothing to earn it or  has no intention of paying it back through work or by providing something of value in return.

The policy of taking from me and giving to you is a popular philosophy among progressives, but it is very unpopular with those who already give to the poor or who believe in healthier ways to help than making people dependents.

Progressives also believe that, in fact, the only answer to all of our economy problems–high unemployment and inflation for example –is raising taxes or passing a “Stimulus Package” to get the economy moving.

Click Here for a video with  Rep. John Yarmuth (D-Kentucky).  On August 24,2011, he appeared on WFPL news and lambasted the Obama Administration over the stimulus package saying the promise it would lower the unemployment rate was probably the “stupidest thing” that any administration has ever said.

Yarmuth said:
“I think if you asked them now they will say that was the stupidest thing that basically any administration probably ever said because that’s not something they can necessarily control.”

On the subject of education, Progressives believe it is government’s responsibility to teach students about sex and homosexuality in school because parents don’t (won’t) teach it at home. Here is what Rep. John Yarmuth (D-Kentucky) said on the subject of TEA Party and education.

On the rise of the Tea Party “They raise important issues, I don’t want to deny that.  But they raise more philosophical issues.  Like, we’re debating education funding for instance, and we’ll say “we think we ought to be spending this much and doing it this way,” and they say they don’t think the federal government should be involved in education.  As a matter of fact, people like Senator Paul have suggested that we ought to eliminate the Department of Education.  There’s no negotiating room there.”

Most Conservatives believe the government should stay out of education because they have too much control of what our children learn, most of which we do not want our children to know yet.

Much can be said about the poor quality of education that American children receive since the government has taken over public education.

How government control — even local — has ruined public education

School strife has plagued America since the 1840s, when the government started…Government control of schooling for 160 years has corrupted our educational….When frustrated past his emotional endurance, he simply “knocked down the…   http://www.honested.com/essays/fritz/wash_u.php

Subversion of Education in America

This convention laid the groundwork for control of American education, both public and private. ..Always, the vehicle is a government agency.  …To achieve this, they have had to dumb-down the students passing through the system. …of the same bad ideas that president’s since Eisenhower have been rubber-stamping.  http://www.deliberatedumbingdown.com/pages/reviews4.html

So what about the TEA Party’s rise in influence on government policy? Maxine Waters says: “The TEA Party can go straight to Hell”!

Best comment ever said was by a women who stated “there are African-Americans who do want to work”. Then a man spoke up and said that, when he was working, he made $100,000 a year and owned a home. Now, he is without work and homeless; and all he owns is in his back pack. These people have a right to be angry, but please be angry with the right source.

It isn’t the TEA Party who is keeping people from getting a job or from owning a home. It’s the Political Party they support right now that has made this a problem because they won’t stop the spending spree when we can’t afford it. The TEA Party wants to stop the spending train in it’s track and tackle these problems at the source.

If people really understood the principles TEA Party supporters believe, more of them might see the logic in what they have to say. Perhaps, if it would be possible to just look at the wisdom in “Responsible Spending” and drop labels such as Conservative, Republican, TEA Party, Right-wing, Radical, and Racist, people might be able to see the error in thinking the way government has for decades.

This government exhibits a ”Mental Disorder” called codependency. It is identified when a person or a government makes people dependent on them and believe they can’t take care of themselves. People cannot become self-reliant and self-sufficient because they have been dependent all their lives. Weaning them off is painful and it’s not fair to put them through that pain.  Government programs rob people of their ability to care for themselves and has to be fixed now.

We should all try to unite as Americans and stop wearing the labels politicians use to divide us. People are being used as if brainless pawns in a chess game when really, it’s all about manipulating people to behave a certain way to fulfill an agenda. We should be “ticked-off” about being manipulated this way. I know that I am very ”ticked-off” about it.

For example, look at the politicians who are pitting African-Americans against the very people that can help them get a job and make better income. They blame the rich (who already pay most of the taxes because of their income bracket and who provide jobs) and then they call people racists who don’t want their taxes raised more than they pay now. It’s outrageous!

I can’t believe that African-Americans believe it’s fine to object to tax increases when the President is white but when he is black, it called racism. It’s this type of thinking that’s racist!! Can’t they see how they are being manipulated and why?

Any reasonable person would be able to see that this political tactic is just a device used to divide people and to make the poor side with them. It is this very policy that keeps us down and prevents the poor from escaping the bondage that comes with being controlled by politician agendas.

Why can’t people see that spending printed money and monetizing debt has consequences and that it does not fix the problem? Does a business owner do that in the private sector or do you in your own lives? Of course not, because you know better.

When you break universal laws that relate to money, you will reap the consequences. Just because government is the one breaking these laws, it does not mean consequences won’t follow–because they will. You can spin it however you want but the day of reckoning will come anyway. That day is here right now!

Then TEA Party members asked President Obama about his Vice President and other administration members calling the TEA Party terrorists.

The cure to being used and manipulated by politicians is knowledge. You gain knowledge as you do your research and learn the truth.

Truth breaks the chains politicians use to keep you in bondage, and truth keeps you from being caught up in falsehoods in the future.

Are you willing to hear the truth and to learn from it? Progressives use lies, innuendos, and disinformation to get what they want because they know most of us would not normally accept their ideas if we knew the truth.
