Before we discuss the newest attempt of the President to harass Arizona, you need to understand how difficult it is for Arizona to protect its borders when so many forces are working againt them.
Example #1: An American School bus picks up illegal children every day and takes them to school.
The Arizona Republic reported that kids get on the school bus at the border and are taken to school for the day. Ajo is 40 miles from the border but has one stop 36-miles from school. The bus route takes it right up to the border at Lukeville. A reporter from the Arizona Republic said “it was a common, longstanding custom that kids in Mexico could cross through to Lukeville, get on the bus and go to Ajo for school for the day. Now, students will need certificates to get on the bus.”
In May the Ajo Unified School District was sued $1.2 million for educating 105 students since 2007, even though more than half of those children actually were legal residents of Arizona. However, “the town’s school district has been unable to confirm the home addresses for a couple dozen other students, and offered to settle the matter for $300,000, which the Arizona Department of Education has declined.”

“While Californians prepare to legalize marijuana smoking statewide (even though it’s against federal law) are announcing they will not conduct business with Arizona and calling for a boycott of the state over its decision to enforce federal laws covering illegal aliens, gangs, kidnapping and human sex slave trafficking..”
Arizona has over a half million illegal aliens. The city of Phoenix with a population of 1.5 million and a crime rate equal to New York City with a population of 8.3 million; illegal aliens cost Arizona citizens over 90 billion dollars a year with state government services being paid out for their support. Arizona shells out 3 million dollars plus per day to incarcerate illegal aliens. Arizona spends 850 million tax dollars or more a year to teach Mexicans to speak English. The list goes on and on but to the point, Arizonans are saying, hey we are as broke as California. With that information, Californians just cannot figure out why Arizonans are preparing for Alamo II.
President Obama has once again injected himself into another state issue reinforcing his famous words (they’re acting stupidly) by calling for the U.S. Justice Department to investigate Arizona’s actions as a civil rights issue, to determine if Arizona can enforce federal laws covering illegal aliens. President Obama assures Americans the millions of state and federal tax dollars spent in courts suing Arizona, will be well worth it politically for him and his future presidential library.
President Obama’s first orders in office was to send a team of civil rights attorneys to investigate Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio to see if they could find any wrong doings in his job performance that could bring about federal charges against the Sheriff for enforcing federal illegal alien laws. To date, well over a year later they have not hit pay dirt; but their not giving up as long as they have your tax dollars backing them up.President Obama with executive powers, a majority in the house and senate says he is powerless to take action. Until congress puts their head on the political chopping block, Obama will continue his nationwide tour on the tax payers dime, trashing Arizonans while assuring his place in American history as our greatest (Presidential Civil Rights Leader) standing up for illegal aliens in our nation; all the while trying to imprison American citizens defending themselves and their state with federal law in hand.
President Obama wants to make it (Perfectly Clear) that our nations’ problem with illegal aliens rests solely on the shoulders of those (do nothing) republicans.
Attention American tax-paying citizens, wake up! Make your vote count this coming November and 2012. It’s still your country until Japan and China issues President Obama and Congress a foreclosure notice on your bank account and our nation.

As if all of these distractions are not enough, the Attorney General again enters the scene with two more lawsuits. It is obvious that President Obama is harassing Arizona to discourage 20 other states from putting together a similar law as Arizona’s.
Last week the Attorney General sued Arizona for requiring a copy of a green card when people apply for a job. The reason a legal immigrant is given a green card is to prove they are legal. So there should be no problem showing their card if they want a job, just as I would expect to show a social security card.
It’s hard to believe the extent of corruption with this administration! Our President ignores Federal laws regarding illegal immigration. Furthermore, he ignores Federal Law that makes using, growing, or buying Marijuana illegal and yet does nothing when California passes a law making it LEGAL. He and the Attorney General do nothing to California for breaking a Federal Law but they won’t let up on Arizona for enforcing Federal Law? It makes NO sense unless the President and the elite need illegals in America for a reason!
So what about this new lawsuit? Lets see if I understand this right. If you or I apply for a job by filling out an application, we would be asked for an ID and a social security card. The employer would make a copy of our cards for their files before giving us a job. Isn’t that right? I thought so!
If an immigrant applies for a job, he or she fills out an application as well, shows an ID and a green card before getting a job. For some reason, the President has decided that request is now considered illegal if it is Arizona.
If an employer does not ask for a person’s green card and make a copy for the file before hiring him or her, he is in violation of the law. Right? That’s because it is against the law to hire an illegal. Before hiring a person he has to get proof of the applicant being legal, which is a green card. Right?
Something is very wrong with this scenario! It’s insane! Why would the White House get mixed up with something so ridiculous as this unless he has a reason? It makes me wonder who is running Washington?
I understand that the President views the immigration situation as a Federal issue, and wants to make an example out of Arizona. On the other hand, Arizona feels their State has a right to pass whatever law it needs to deal with security in its own State, as long as it does not impact other states.
It appears that our President is testing the court to see how far he can push the “line” between states rights and Federal jurisdiction. Let me remind you that Obama understands government law very well, it is his expertise. He knows exactly what he is doing.
Do you think Federal agents should have jurisdiction only along the border of Mexico and the states? Or do you think that, once illegals cross the border and enter cities, the state should have jurisdiction? It isn’t Federal when states have to uphold their own laws.
A state turns over illegal immigrants to the Federal Government to deport them, but what should be done when the Federal Government does not perform its duty? This seems to be the dilemma we face now in states like Arizona.
Certain areas are deemed the responsibility of Federal law only, immigration is one of them. States pass laws to protect people legally in the state who use their services. The problem is that illegals are illegally using the services that are meant for legal citizens.
Since most illegals take the money they earn back to Mexico for their families, no money goes into the system because they usually are paid in cash. If they do pay into the system through taxes, they pay little and then overload the system illegally when they falsify Social Security Numbers and obtain free services.
What do you think about this? Do you think the President is a friend of the American people when he does this or when he report to the United Nations that the United States is guilty of human rights violations? Why would a President of the United States even think of making us subject to UN scrutiny?
We want to show respect for the office of President but it’s difficult when Obama thinks he is above the law and can do whatever he wants, especially when he brings the United Nations into our business. The UN has no business being in our business. The United States has elements in place to take care of human rights violations, we don’t need foreign nations judging us on this matter.
Obama’s Attorney General, at his direction, also filed a lawsuit against Arizona’s well known “Sheriff Joe” Arpiao who is tough on those who break the law. He feeds them bologna sandwiches and makes them wear pink jump suites. Because he is tough on prisoners, they don’t want to come back to jail and so they do better when they get out.
Now wait until you hear the newest. Sheriff Joe is tough on illegal immigrants as well but does not break the law. Nevertheless, Obama’s Attorney General has been investigating him for a year and a half trying to intimidate him, but it didn’t work. Now the Sheriff has been notified that he is being sued by the Federal Government regarding his handling of illegals. He thought his lawyers and the Federal Government had reached an agreement. It appears that this is the way Obama handles his adversaries. He makes them relax and let down their guard by thinking he is on their side and can reach an agreement, when in fact, he is planning on dropping the mallet down on them.
