They explore the racist guidelines that have been handed down regarding the DOJ’s refusal to prosecute the Black Panthers’ Philadelphia Voter Intimidation case that was dismissed by the DOJ. Their argument was the facts and law don’t support the Black Panther case. According to The Washington Times, Associate Attorney General Tom Perrelli, the No. 3 official in the department, was responsible for the decision. J. Christian Adams resigned his position as a result of the improper handling of the case by Eric Holder and the Obama Administration. Mr Adams told FOX News that Thomas Perez, assistant Attorney General, provided false testimony to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.

Not good for Blago. The jury unanimously found him guilty of one count, albeit the least harsh count, and hung on the other 23. That means he’s officially a convicted felon, can’t claim victory or vindication by a jury. He also has to face another trial with no money, possibly different lawyers and a pissed off U.S. Attorney. I have an easier answer. I don’t need to build my own. The people interested in building this place need to make sure that it is completely open faith based without prejudice or preference to any religion. Good night. Those of us who oppose are saying “don’t do it THERE.” There are zoning ordinances across the nation that dictate where various businesses and other organizations can build. This is no different.
