There is a reason for why we are talking about racism today. It isn’t an accident, but planned.
Progressive Liberals have an agenda to divide the American people by causing tension and anger in their hearts. When people are ripe with anger they become volatile, and they erupt in violence. This gives government–the President–power to enact Martial Law.
Why would Progressive Liberals (President Obama) want public unrest?
- One reason to enact Martial Law is to suspend all of our civil rights. Giving Government total control of its citizenry.
- Under Martial Law, police arrest those they deem an enemy (did you know that President Obama can shoot anyone without a trial that he says are terrorists?).
- Under Martial Law, government has an excuse to put those who fight against their (Obama’s) agenda in encampments to quiet their rhetoric.
- According to a video I posted on July 24th, http://canwebelieveit.info/2010/07/24/lets-talk-personally/, which is a bill that Congress had in front of them to vote on, Obama can and may release gases into the air and flesh eating chemicals to reclaim order.
- When the country is in chaos, we will quickly accept government coming in to restore order. The only problem is that, when we lose all our civil rights through Martial Law, we will likely not see those rights again.
- This would mean that Progressive Liberals would have accomplished their goal for One World Order under communist or socialist rule.
- Racism is a tactic used to separate people from the Republican Party, from Conservative values and influence, and from the grassroots TEA Party movement.
Star Parker: Why Are We Discussing Racism?
Star Parker of GOPUSA asked today. “Why Are We Talking About Racism“? That’s a good question and so I think we should discuss it for a moment. I hope you will contribute to this discussion by leaving a comment.
Star Parker is the founder and president of CURE, the Coalition for Urban Renewal & Education, a 501c3 think tank which explores and promotes market based public policy to fight poverty, as well as author of White Ghetto: How Middle Class America Reflects Inner City Decay.
Star Parker says “we should be talking about racism if this is what is driving black unemployment. But is it?
I don’t think so. Nor do most blacks.”
She points out that, because of being “well into our recession, and well into the emergence of the Tea Party movement, the Pew Research Center surveyed black attitudes.”
Parker says that according to Gallup polling of last week
- The issues most on the minds of Americans are the economy and jobs
- Followed by dissatisfaction with all aspects of government.
- She did not notice racism on the list anywhere.
Interestingly, the NAACP says it was “snookered” by Fox News on the Shirley Sherrod story because they reported the abbreviated story first. If that were true, why is it that the NAACP had total custody of the 45 minute video yet they were the ones who released the portion of the tape that Fox News and others picked up on? As Parker says, “I say we’ve all been snookered by the NAACP.”
Parker continues: “The NAACP has ”shown that those who have written this organization off as irrelevant are wrong. It demonstrated this past week that if it so chooses it can dominate the national discussion with its racial agenda, regardless of what the real pressing issues of national concern may be.” It appears that she is correct in this observation.
The NAACP also accuses the Tea Party with racism, which is ridiculous. Parker adds, “But even if you don’t think it’s ridiculous, is this the discussion we need to be having when national unemployment hovers at ten percent, and when black unemployment is closer to 15%, double that of whites?” Now that is a good question!
In answer to the question, “When blacks don’t make progress, who or what is to blame?”, 52% of blacks responded that “blacks” themselves are “mostly responsible”, and 34% said “racism.” This is the reverse of how blacks responded to this question just 15 years ago, when 56% said that racism was the impediment to black progress.
In the same survey, blacks responded almost identically as whites to the question of whether success in life is “determined by forces beyond one’s control” or whether “everyone has the power to succeed.”
Seventy seven percent of blacks and 82% of whites said that “everyone has the power to succeed” and 16% of blacks and 12% whites said success is “determined by forces beyond one’s control.”
And when blacks were asked in this same survey about the main problems facing black families, the response was overwhelmingly exactly the same as the general result of the Gallup poll of last week. Jobs.
So, Americans of all colors today generally feel responsible for their own lives and the main concern of most is the sick state of our economy.
So let’s have that discussion.
Clearly, there are differences of opinion about how to light a fire under this economy and the role of government. Some think government is the answer. Some think it’s the problem.
But this is a difference of opinion about how the world works. Why are we talking about racism?
Racism is about people being persecuted and endangered because of their color. It’s about not be treated equally under the law or denied access to public facilities or work because of one’s color.
Fortunately, those ugly days are behind us. And aside from the political and legal truths that verify this, black attitudes themselves, as the Pew data bears out, support it. And, if we need further verification, sitting in the White House is a black man who is there with the help of 43% of the votes of white Americans.
Talk about racism may help employment for those in the race business. But it has little relevance to getting the American economy working again, which is what we should be single mindedly focused on.
And allowing race to become the focus of public discourse shuts out the very message that blacks need to hear. That they are disproportionately hurt by a recession being prolonged by excessive government growth and interference.

Isn’t it amazing how anything as patently obvious as the topic of Ms. Parker’s article can be so thoroughly obfuscated by a totalitarian government and its minions in the “free” press? The very fact that Ms. Parker felt compelled to write the article tells you just how close we are to the brink.Star, I am really glad you’re on the job! And, as for you, Baaboo two years ago I would have dismissed your comment as that of a total wack job. Today, I am far less certain.

I believe that the Obama administration, the NAACP, and the New Black Panther Party are trying to provoke a race war. Let us NOT give it to them. It would give Obama an excuse to declare Martial Law, which would result in a civil war. That would be very bad for our country. If the NAACP, the New Black Panther Party, The Ku Klux Klan, the White Nationalists, La Raza, and others do start a race war, American Patriots of ALL races should CRUSH the racist extremists in our own races immediately. This means black on black, white on white, Hispanic on Hispanic, and other on other. That will send a clear message to the racists of ALL races that a race war will NOT be tolerated in the United States of America.

Downdraft – you so inspire me because I see that all of us – of every race – totally “get it”. You are right on with all your comments and I appreciate seeing it in print. Also “Bamboo” my husband and I have been saying ever since this administration came in power – they want to divide this country with a race war. You are so right about what you said. Personally, I really think we have more important things to be concerned about right now than so called “racism”. We are discussing “race” because it is the perfect discussion changer. When democrats do not want to argue the merrits of their own case (becasue they simply lack an argument) they throw down the “race” card. This effectively tables the current discussion and starts the abstract discussion of race. This is especially true when trying to argue for something that the people do not agree with.
Thus when you can’t argue the stimulus; throw the card.
When you can’t argue health care; throw the card.

Kenedy said “ask not what this country can do for you, but ask what you can do for it”. This includes the government not just the people. Obummer is not trying to help this country he is trying to us the racial ticket to divide us he wants amnisty to divide us he is a muslim who wants to divide us. It shows up in debates in blogs and over the entire internet, these people are not going to be deterred, they are brain dead set on telling us we want to lynch blacks and this and that when it is apparent we want to be just Americans doing what we do best, take care of business and getting the job done . it is not that we want any one to be lynched it is that we want equal protection under the law and we are being denied that today . When we allow one to get away with breaking the law we take a part of the foundation out from under that law, it makes it weaker with each turning the other way and ignoring the crime . I speak of the Black Panther who broke a voting law , he was found guilty and then his sentence was done away with, I don’t know what the sentence should be but it is a very important law and its foundation needs to be left intact . It only furthers the cause of racism itself to do something like that . A nation of cowards ? indeed it seems we have a house full of cowards and also a DOJ department head who is also a coward . No need to talk about it, there is a need to go about life and do not trash another while living it. We may be able to right this time of wrong , I sure hope so. Dingbat36 July 26, 2010 11:13 AMIt’s another “distraction” so we don’t complain about what is going on with the economy, the mortgage foreclosures, the nonexistent credit (even though the banks are sitting on bailout money), the lack of jobs and make no mistake, we are STILL shedding jobs and worst of all the massive borrowing from a communist country for which no previous administration has ever had anything but an uneasy co-existence.
As if that were not enough to worry about, there are also the gigantic changes in our lives that have been forced on us……the health (un)care which dumps all the uninsured into the Medicare and Medicaid programs on the backs of seniors, unsustainable environut bills, and a financial reform bill which does NOTHING to deal with the biggest gorilla problem in this country…….Fannie and Freddy. We already had an FHA program for people who did not qualify for conventional loans, why was it necessary to even create those two monstrosity entities?
We want reversal of what is going on in this administration but the administration is very busily engaged right now in distraction and misdirection.
I AM IMPRESSED WITH THE CLARITY IN WHICH THIS PERSON SEES OUR SITUATION IN THIS COUNTRY. WE NEED TO PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT THIS ADMINISTRATION DOESN’T WANT US TO KNOW.
