I just heard a report on Fox News that might interest you. Big Banks are in much better shape this year, but the smaller ones that have a lot of loans out are still in trouble. The 91 banks in Europe were given a stress test to see how they would handle certain situations. They expected ten banks to fail but only seven did (many of them are in Spain). They also determined that the dollar is holding up to the Euro, so that looks good as well.
