I know I’m tired of hearing racism used every time someone white disagrees with President Obama. Since when is it racism to disagree with the President? That’s what free speech is and very American.
Was it racism when black people disagreed with Bush and criticized him? No, of course not! Funny how that word gets flung around with ease when it’s beneficial or someone wants to stir up some trouble.
It was supposed to be a monumental day when a black man was made President of the United States. It appears, however, that when it serves a purpose, we want to remain in the past and use race to justify bad behavior or as a weapon against people who disagree with our opinions.
It’s time to stop this nonsense. Cut it out! Stop it! It’s not racism to disagree with someone who is black any more than it is racism for a black man to disagree with a white person. Why is it the black who want to keep racism alive and well in America?

I don’t care! I’m angry. And I continue to receive communications from fellow citizens who are also ANGRY! They are tired of being called “racists” because they don’t agree with OBAMACARE. They need a voice—and I am that voice!!

That is why I started S.T.A.N.D. – Staying True to America’s National Destiny! Like a “voice crying in the wilderness”, I’ve stood up to Mr. Obama and have urged Congressmen to vote NO against OBAMACARE and other leftist legislation. Because I am a black American, they hate me all the more. “I’m a traitor, a sellout, and Uncle Tom. But you have my word as a one who loves this country, I WILL NOT BE SILENT! There is a burning fire in my bones. That fire burns in every patriotic American. It burned in the hearts of our Founding Fathers. It is the fire that secured their freedom, and it is the fire that will preserve ours.
I spoke at the National Tea Party Rally a couple of months ago in Nashville, Tennessee. All the liberal news media were there. But they refused to interview me because I was a “hot potato” – politically speaking. The liberals do not understand why a black man would come against the “chosen one“—Barack Obama. Race has nothing to do with it.
The bottom line: Mr. Obama had the most liberal voting record in the United States Senate. His actions in the past year have indicated that he is even more liberal than his record showed. In fact he is a left wing radical. He is leading our country down a road of leftist extremism: healthcare takeover, student loans takeover, auto industry takeover, finance industry takeover, environmental radicalism, homosexual social experiments with the military, recognizing and encouraging the radical atheist agenda, treating Israel like an enemy and appeasing our real enemies. This is an agenda so radical that it seems like a nightmare instead of what is happening in my beloved country. Peacefully, democratically, I will fight the Obama agenda with my last dying breath if that’s what it takes, and I believe that, like most Americans, you are with me.
One of my great frustrations is the degree to which black Americans have been lied to. They have been told that liberalism is good for them, but it has done nothing but create government dependence – a contemporary form of slavery. Liberal black leaders manipulate them by charging racism at the drop of a hat. It is emotional blackmail, and it has to stop. Congressional black Caucus leaders keep getting elected because there are no alternatives. Well, now I intend to offer alternatives by recruting and supporting conservative black candidates in predominantly black districts all over the country.
The American people are tired of being called racist just because they don’t agree with OBAMACARE or Mr. Obama’s socialist agenda! ENOUGH! I AM TIRED OF PATRIOTIC AMERICANS BEING SMEARED! I AM TIRED OF LIBERAL MUD SLINGING AGAINST DECENT AMERICANS WHO SIMPLY WANT TO BE HEARD. YES WE ARE ANGRY, AND WE WILL BE HEARD! WE HAVE A POSITIVE MESSAGE FOR OUR COUNTRY OF RETURN TO THE VALUES OF OUR FOUNDING FATHERS, OUR CONSTITUTION, AND THE PRINCIPLES WHICH MADE THIS THE GREATEST NATION IN ALL OF HISTORY. STANDING UP FOR THESE IDEALS DOES NOT MAKE US RACIST. IT MAKES US PATRIOTS, AND WE ARE NOT ASHAMED OF OUR LOVE FOR OUR COUNTRY. WE ARE PROUD OF IT. WE DON’T OWE THE WORLD AN APOLOGY. We’ve had it with ivory tower liberals telling us we need to have a “dialogue” about race. We don’t need any more lectures or sensitivity training. Here is my racial dialogue with the American people: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” Dialogue over.
Let’s drop the race baiting and get on with debating the matter of keeping our great country prosperous and free from socialism.
Mr. President—don’t call me a racist!! And don’t call my fellow citizens racists just because they don’t agree with you!
Mr. Obama—I don’t care if you are black, like me. I DO care that your blood is pro-American—red, white and blue!
Liberals have assigned the victim role to black people. Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and others, have taught many to play it well. It is past time to reject that role, and say to Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and others who live in their liberal alternative universe, “You can no longer buy our silence or support by throwing us a few bones. We no longer want scraps form your elitist table. We no longer want your affirmative action or your victim status. We want the earned respect and honor that comes with being Americans who work, produce and contribute to our society!”
That is what I am personally teaching black people who have been indoctrinated with liberalism. I am raising up new leaders to think with the common sense conservatism that is so prevalent in black churches and communities around the country. Will you help me to turn around their thinking?
For over one-half century we have been told that we need an honest dialogue on race. The Attorney General condescendingly informed us that we are “cowards” when it comes to matter of race. When Jeremiah Wright’s racist demagoguery was exposed, candidate Obama lectured us about “typical white people” like his grandmother who he conveniently threw under the bus as a racist. President Obama advised us that we had a “teachable moment” when in so many words he accused the Cambridge police of racism in the treatment of Professor Henry Gates. Of course, he did the teaching when he should have been apologizing and taking responsibility for his own gaffe.
Barack Obama lectures us from Mt. Olympus on matters of race, but his own racial record is dubious at best. He sat under Jeremiah Wright for 20 years, in spite of Wright’s racist rhetoric and support for notorious anti-Semite Louis Farrakhan. Candidate Obama frequently accused his opponents of pointing out that he does not look like the Presidents on our currency. Only he brought it up. In truth, nobody cares that he doesn’t look like George Washington, but we would be pleased for him to govern with a similar wisdom, integrity and restraint.
Based upon his writings and past associations, the President is not post-racial, but race obsessed! Like his mentors and leftists colleagues, he believes that our country is essentially racist, particularly its “white folks.”

As a black American I wish I could be proud of the “first black President.” I am sure that one day there will be a black President I can be proud of. But President Obama’s leftist ideology with the cooperation of Congressional Black Caucus members is trying to convince black Americans that we are regressing; that we are a racist society. Actually, Obama and his Democrat comrades are trying to create a society of more dependence and less opportunity. That will work AGAINST black people, NOT FOR them. The Obama-ites are doing all they can to divide us. We must work to unite our great country looking not at the past, but casting our eyes on a vision of the great future this nation can offer to our children and our children’s children. Will you help me today?
With a foundation of two decades under the fanatical teachings of Jeremiah Wright, Mr. Obama believes in one nation under government, instead of one nation under God. The unity of our great country lies in rejecting race as our primary identifier. We are Americans, and right now, we are angry. Our elected officials need to deal with it instead of trying to demonize those who dare question them. When they start categorizing citizens by skin color, they do so to de-legitimize those who disagree with them.
Quite frankly, the Democratic Party owes blacks an apology! A famous writer put it quite succinctly: “Martin Luther King has a dream; but blacks now face a nightmare!” With the liberal media totally on the side of this leftist administration, we must use other tools to teach this generation that the wool was pulled over their eyes, and it is now time to take a fresh look.
The crisis in black communities has been created by the very liberals for which blacks continue to vote. Black unemployment will soon reach 17 percent, the highest in over one-quarter century. Eighty percent of black children are born out of wedlock. Nearly forty percent of all abortions are performed on black women. OVER ONE-THIRD of black children live in poverty, according to the National Center for Children in Poverty. And who is to blame? NOT Conservatives! The black community needs leaders who offer real hope through faith, personal responsibility and Judeo-Christian values. Help me break the stranglehold that Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Juilan Bond, Congressional Black Caucus members and other so called “black leaders” of their ilk have on the black community. Only then will black citizens have an appreciation for the gift they have in being Americans.
Take your righteous anger and put it to work with me. Take your patriotism and put it to work with me. Take your compassion for those indoctrinated with lies and liberal racial manipulations. Help me to raise up leaders who will not focus on race, but on opportunity. Help me to train up a new generation of leaders to focus on the power of conservative values and ideals. Thank you for your patriotism and sacrifice and the confidence you’ve placed in me. Remember – until my dying breath if that’s what it takes. I will not quit on you.
