Can This Be True About H.A.A.R.P.

I have a hard time believing this could actually be true, but they have people who witnessed the sky so I am not sure what to believe. I realize that I might be naive in many ways, but I still trust the good in people until I have proof to not trust.

The videos were made in 2010, so I wonder what this and other administrations know about HAARP’s activities and what have they done? How much of this did other Presidents know?

One thing is for sure, this administration and this Congress is willing to go as far as it takes to achieve their agenda, but could they go this far? I am not sure, based on what we know now. I can’t believe any officials in government could condone this type of research.

Watch this video and then tell me what you think!  Do you believe this is probable?  I didn’t ask if you think this is possible;  based on what we know now,  it is obviously possible nowadays. I just want to know if you think this is a load of bunk or if you know something that could mean it is true or might be true.

I tend to think this is impossible to do, thinking that no one can control earthquakes this way. However, I did think for a moment about having my doctor check me for an overload of poisonous chemicals.

FollowUp –Something else to consider. What is  H.A.A.R.P and what are there goals or their purpose?

Here is what I found when I did a google search. Use these links to learn more about HAARP.  I didn’t want to copy the whole report for you so you will have to use these links for all the information. There is much more about their objectives and so forth so I encourage you to check out the information for yourself.  However, try to remember that, just because we don’t understand something or find the idea absurd, it does not mean that it isn’t true.

As the video above stated, they provide the information and then let you decide. That is my objective as well.

The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the US Air Force, the US Navy, the University of Alaska and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).[1] Its purpose is to analyze the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for radio communications and surveillance purposes (such as missile detection).[2] The HAARP program operates a major Arctic facility, known as the HAARP Research Station, on an Air Force owned site near Gakona, Alaska.

The most prominent instrument at the HAARP Station is the Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI), a high power transmitter facility operating in the high frequency range. The IRI is used to temporarily excite a limited area of the ionosphere. Other instruments, such as a VHF and a UHF radar, a fluxgate magnetometer, a digisonde and an induction magnetometer, are used to study the physical processes that occur in the excited region.

Work on the HAARP Station began in 1993. The current working IRI was completed in 2007, and its prime contractor was BAE Advanced Technologies.[1]

As of 2008, HAARP had incurred around $250 million in tax-funded construction and operating costs.[3]

This site seems to get a good ammount of visitors. How do you get traffic to it? It offers a nice individual spin on things. I guess having something authentic or substantial to give info on is the most important thing.

Whether you like the man (George W. Bush) or not, most people would agree that raising taxes in a recession is a bad idea. If you’re one of the people who thinks it’s fine because it doesn’t affect you, think again. If you have a job (or even if you don’t) it affects you because it affects people that employ people. One way or the other, everyone pays for a tax hike.
